Returns Policy

Because research products are sensitive, lot-controlled, and vulnerable to mishandling, return eligibility is necessarily limited. Please read this page before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

We follow the most common standard used by premium peptide retailers: unopened merchandise may be reviewed for return approval, while opened or compromised products are generally non-returnable.

  • Return window: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Approval required: Do not send items back without written approval and return instructions from our team.
  • Condition requirement: Returned items must be new, unopened, unaltered, and in their original packaging with identifying labels intact.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To protect product integrity and maintain safety standards, we do not accept returns on items that may have been exposed to conditions we cannot verify.

  • Opened, reconstituted, tampered with, or partially used products.
  • Products exposed to heat, light, moisture, improper storage, or unsanitary handling after delivery.
  • Special-order, custom, clearance, or approved volume-priced items unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Incorrect, Missing, or Shipment-Error Orders

If we shipped the wrong item or a portion of your order is missing, we will work to correct the issue promptly.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the package, packing materials, and received items.
  • If the return is the result of our shipping error, we will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions at our expense.

Discretionary Returns and Restocking

Approved discretionary returns on non-defective merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping deductions.

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to approved non-defective returns.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
  • Return shipping costs for customer-preference returns are typically the customer’s responsibility.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to an inaccurate address or failure to receive the package, any recovered amount may be reduced by carrier fees, original shipping charges, and applicable restocking fees.

Important: This returns policy is separate from our refund policy. Refund timing and payment-method rules are explained there.
