Shipping Policy

This page explains how Alpha Shield Labs processes, ships, and supports orders once they are placed. Please review it carefully before submitting an order request.

Order Processing

We aim to process in-stock orders quickly and with care. Orders are reviewed and packed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

  • Same-business-day goal: Orders received and cleared before 12:00 PM Arizona time will typically ship the same business day.
  • After-cutoff orders: Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally ship the next business day.
  • Verification holds: Orders may be delayed if we need to confirm payment details, shipping information, or order compliance.

Shipping Coverage and Carriers

At launch, Alpha Shield Labs ships to verified U.S. delivery addresses only. Orders may be routed through USPS, UPS, or a comparable carrier depending on destination, size, and selected service.

  • Tracking details are sent once a shipping label is created.
  • Transit estimates are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically purchased.
  • Free shipping thresholds or upgraded delivery offers, when shown on the site, apply only to qualifying U.S. orders.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when submitting an order request.

  • Please verify apartment, suite, unit, gate, and business-delivery details before submitting your order.
  • If an order is returned because of an invalid or incomplete address, any reshipment fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to update the destination address.

Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We follow the common industry practice of reviewing shipping claims promptly, especially when products arrive damaged or appear to be missing in transit.

  • Damaged or incomplete orders: Report the issue within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the outer box, product packaging, and shipping label.
  • Marked delivered but missing: Contact us within 7 days of the original delivery date so we can help review the carrier scan history and next steps.
  • Carrier delays: Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and routing issues may delay delivery and are outside our direct control.

Research Use and Order Rights

All products are sold for research and development use only. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if billing, shipping, or regulatory concerns arise.

Important: If you need help with a shipping exception, wrong item, or package issue, contact us promptly through the contact page so the claim window does not expire.
